CAN I RECEIVE SHIPMENTS TO MY COUNTRY?
Solidarity Bracelet offers shipping to the United States, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Australia. Simply proceed through the checkout process to calculate shipping costs to your destination.
Please be aware that tracking information will only become available once your package has been shipped from our production facilities and is on its way to you.
We strive to work closely with shipping partners to expedite deliveries to our customers. However, please understand that we reserve the right to assess whether a package is still in transit or should be considered lost. In case of a lost package, we will replace the order or provide store credit equivalent to the purchase price. Refunds will not be issued for packages considered lost in transit.
Please note that once packages are handed over to shipping or postal services, we relinquish control over their delivery and cannot be held responsible for any subsequent issues.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM NOTIFIED THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?
Sometimes couriers send delivery notifications prematurely. In such cases, the package usually arrives within three days after the notification. If your package does not arrive within this period, please contact the nearest facility of the courier or postal service using the provided shipping details to inquire about the package's whereabouts.
In these cases, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the local courier or postal service, as the status of the package indicates delivery.
Reporting a Lost/Stolen Package
To report a lost or stolen package in the United States, Canada, New Zealand, or Australia, please contact the appropriate courier or postal service and inform them of the situation. They will initiate an investigation and provide you with a case number.
Once you have reported the lost or stolen package and obtained a case number, please email customer support at: info@solidarity-bracelet.com, including your verifiable case number provided by the courier.
Please note that this process does not constitute an insurance claim for lost or missing packages, as packages marked as "Delivered" are not eligible.
Additionally, please avoid confusing this report with a request for a missing package search. We do not accept missing package search request numbers for order replacements or refunds.
For orders outside the United States, we investigate lost packages on a case-by-case basis. We will not refund shipping costs for any lost or missing international packages.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
In the case of incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, Solidarity Bracelet cannot replace or refund orders that are not received. However, we will do our best to reship the replaced package.
